Onboarding & Sign-Up

BioTide wholesale accounts are created through guided registration wizards on wholesale.biotideusa.com. Today, the platform supports three active account types:

Account typeWho receives the inviteRegistration guide
Buyer (wholesale clinic / practice)Your sales organization or repSign up as a Buyer
Sales RepYour sales organizationSign up as a Sales Rep
Sales OrganizationBioTide or a parent sales orgSign up as a Sales Organization

Other invite types (for example individual providers or patients) are not part of the current self-service onboarding experience. If your link shows “coming soon” or an error, contact the person who invited you.

How you get started

  1. Someone on your upline team generates an invite link from their portal (Invite Member).
  2. They send you the link by email, text, or your usual channel.
  3. You open the link in a desktop or mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge recommended).
  4. The site confirms the invite, shows a short welcome message with your role, then opens the correct multi-step form for your account type.
  5. When you finish, you are signed in automatically and taken to the dashboard for your role.

You do not need to hunt for a separate “Sign up” page on the marketing site—your invite link is your front door.

Registration URLs

Invite links normally look like one of these:

  • https://wholesale.biotideusa.com/join?invite=…

Older links may use ?ref= instead of ?invite=; both work the same way.

Invite-only registration

Buyer accounts cannot be created without an invite from a sales organization or rep. Sales rep and sales organization accounts are also created through invites from an authorized upline—not through a public “Get Started” button on the homepage.

What you see before the form

After the link loads, you should see:

  • A green Welcome to BioTide banner naming your role (for example Buyer, Sales Rep, or Sales Organization).
  • The step-by-step wizard below the banner.

If the link is expired, already used, or mistyped, you will see Invite Unavailable with options to return to the BioTide homepage. Generate a new link from your inviter—old links cannot be reused.

During registration

All active wizards share a few behaviors:

  • Steps — Use Next and Back to move between sections. Required fields show inline errors if something is missing or invalid.
  • Password — At least 8 characters; you must confirm it on the final account step.
  • SubmitComplete Registration saves your account. While processing, the button shows Creating your account…
  • Success — You land on your role’s dashboard without a separate login step.

Keep your browser tab open until you see the success message. Closing early may leave the account half-created—contact support if that happens.

For day-to-day portal use after onboarding, continue with the Buyer Guide, Sales Rep Guide, or Sales Organization Guide.

Troubleshooting

IssueWhat to try
Invite UnavailableAsk your inviter for a fresh link. Each link is single-use and tied to one name/role.
Email already registeredUse Sign in instead, or contact support if you do not remember the password.
Form will not advanceScroll for red error text under fields; fix required items before Next.
Stuck on “Creating your account…”Wait up to a minute, then refresh once. If the problem continues, contact BioTide support with the email you used.
Wrong wizard (wrong role)Your inviter may have chosen the wrong Invitee type when generating the link—they should send a new invite with the correct role.
